I talk about food and health all the time. But over at Summer Tomato and the other places I write I don’t usually discuss my personal healthstyle because, frankly, I didn’t think anyone cared.
But to my surprise people always seem to want to know what I’m eating, doing and thinking about here in SF. This blog will be where I post updates on my own personal healthstyle and other geeky hobbies.
Generally you can expect informal recipes, fave restaurants, latest obsessions, fitness tips, travel highlights, book reviews and random peeks into my crazy world. There will be lots of pictures and occasional videos.
